To treat dandruff.

Dandruff can be dry or oily, so it should not be treated the same.

They can be linked to scalp inflammation, tobacco, hormones or stress.

Vegetable oils are a good solution to gently remove them and calm irritation.

Jojoba oil :

Ideal if you have oily hair. It regulates sebum, does not give your hair an oily effect and promotes the cleansing of the scalp.

Black seed oil

Perfect for oily and thick dandruff. It is sebum regulator, cleanser and anti-inflammatory.

Neem oil

For oily dandruff, it has a soothing action for the scalp. To be mixed with other vegetable oils such as jojoba oil for example.

Sweet fine oil

For dry dandruff and irritated scalp.

Use :

Lightly massage the hair from the scalp to lengths with about a tablespoon of oil, then leave on for 30 minutes before shampooing. Renew once or twice a week.

To treat migraines.

Migraines are often unpleasant and when they are repetitive, taking too much medicine is not very good for your health. There are other methods to relieve yourself, for example:

Castor oil poultice .

Soak a cloth handkerchief in castor oil and place it on your stomach. Put plastic wrap (food for example) on top, and a hot hot water bottle on top of the plastic. Leave on for at least 1 hour.
